Yes. However, you'll have to download the GH World Tour Update packs, which can be found in the Special Offers section of the Music Store. This will allow you to play the songs downloaded from World Tour's music store (not GHtunes), though there are a few songs (6 last I checked) that will not be playable due to legal reasons.
