But as mine has done over 160k on the original clutch and DMF then I will happily replace like with like when the time comes. I think 160k is a good enough life span, although mine is a 2005 and the DMF was apparently modified in later I have a mk3 2.0 tdci mondeo. Recently fitted new fuel pump and reconditioned my injectors. Now the car ran fine for 1000 miles. Except now it goes into limp mode under hard acceleration intermittently. With the flashing glow plug light. Switch the car off and back on and it's fine. Now I have read the Codes and get the MAF fault code.
